Stress management, meditation, and yoga.

 

In an effort to help you manage the ever-present “lifestyle stress,” we will be offering ongoing stress management, meditation, and yoga classes.  One yoga class per month is included in your membership. 

We are working with wonderful yoga teachers to bring you the best that this beautiful therapy has to offer - regardless of whether you are a beginner or someone who has been practicing yoga for years!  Classes are held right in our clinic's beautiful practice space!

A 12-week Integrative Weight Loss Program

 

Transform your mind - your weight loss will follow. 

Developed in conjunction with Michele Thill, a National Board Certified Functional Health Coach, Transform is the first weight-loss program of it's kind. The 12-week coaching program will focus on strategies for healthy eating, high-quality supplements, and most importantly, mindset. 

The program consists of a comprehensive health evaluation, weekly coaching meetings, regular yoga and meditation sessions and a step-by-step 12 weekly plan to help you reach your weight loss goal.
